SUBMISSION METHODS
● HOW TO APPLY: Please follow these instructions carefully. You may enter the competition in one of two ways:

1. Online Registration via Webhard

2. Registration via Mail
Please store all the required documents in a DVD and submit the mail to:

● Registration Requirements
Please ensure that you meet the following requirements before submitting your entry.
- Images
Images of your original artwork* must be submitted along with paper requirements.
We suggest minimum of 5 images and recommend 72 dpi whenever possible.
Image files must be in jpg, jpeg, or gif format.
- Videos
Still images of video must be submitted along with the video file.
There is no size limit on videos. However, the files must be in avi or wmv format and we recommend 72 dpi whenever possible.
Still image files must be in jpg, jpeg, or gif format.
You may submit your original artwork that has been previously entered at other competitions as long as the work has not been awarded.
You must download the entry forms from the ASEAN-Korea Multimedia Competition website and complete the application form, artist statement and a CV in English. In order to complete your registration, please ensure to follow the above instructions carefully and state accurate information. Please be advised that you would be held responsible for all the application materials and any false statements may cause the registration to be rescinded.

ENTRY SUBMISSION APRIL 4th – MAY 31st, 2011

ELIGIBILITY
Open to nationals of ASEAN* & Korea who are currently enrolled in a university and/or young artists under the age of 30
*ASEAN member states consist of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam

AWARDS
300 USD

Selected artists will be presented with opportunities to introduce artworks to the contemporary art circles in Asia.
*The winners residing in ASEAN countries will be invited to Korea for seminar and exhibition.
(airfare, accommodation and daily allowance are provided for 4 nights, 5 days)

NOTE
The amount of cash awards for winning groups – regardless of number of members in one group – are same as that of one winner which is stated above. For the winning team residing in ASEAN countries, up to two individuals per team will be invited to Korea.
